With these names Mollie is expanding the executive team and board

Marco dos Santos appointed Chief Technology Officer, Ken Serdons appointed Chief Commercial Officer, Koen Köppen now part of Supervisory Board and Daniel Ropers appointed as strategic advisor.
Amsterdam, July 16, 2020 – Mollie, one of the leading payment service providers (PSP) in Europe, joins the executive team and board to support the company’s serious growth ambitions. This also contributes to Mollie’s vision to become the most beloved PSP in Europe.
After a successful career at Booking.com as Senior Director of Software Development, Marco dos Santos has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Mollie. Dos Santos will focus in particular on the further development of Mollie’s technical strategy and product roadmap. His extensive experience in software and product development is an important contribution to Mollie’s ‘product and customer first’ approach. The company aims to make financial services as simple as possible, with a focus on providing simple payment solutions that help online merchants grow their business, while streamlining their financial processes.

Over the last few months, Mollie has recruited several highly experienced professionals to help further develop the company:
– Ken Serdons has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Before joining Mollie, he was a senior executive at Worldpay and Paymentsense.
– Koen Köppen, currently Chief Technology Officer at Klarna, has also been added to Mollie’s Supervisory Board.
– Daniel Ropers, former CEO of bol.com and Springer Nature, assists the company as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Supervisory Board.
