Enter all required information to your Mollie account and set your payout frequency (minimum outpayment: €5,-).
How do I make a refund?
Go to Transactions » Payments in your dashboard, select the payment you want to refund and Click on ‘Refund’.
What should I do if I don't have enough money in my Mollie account for a refund?
Refunds will be queued. Refunds will be processed automatically as soon as you have sufficient balance in your account.
How do I activate payment methods in my account?
You can activate new payment methods in your dashboard via Settings » Website profile » Payment Methods.
When will the risky payment methods be approved?
It is dependent on the payment method and your payout frequency settings.
The money of my order was debited from my account, but I still have not received the goods.
