Power of Attorney
I/We, the undersigned, in my/our capacity as legal representative(s) of the organisation applying to open a Business Account with Mollie B.V. (“the Organisation”), hereby expressly appoint and authorise the person identified as the authorised signatory during the application process (“the Appointed Person”) to open and manage a Business Account with Mollie B.V. on behalf of the Organisation.
The undersigned legal representative(s) hereby acknowledge, declare and warrant that:
This mandate is granted in full compliance with the Organisation’s articles of association, by-laws, and all other applicable internal governance documents and policies.
The Appointed Person is granted the authority to request and open Business Account(s), complete all onboarding procedures, including the acceptance of relevant terms and conditions on behalf of the Organisation, provide all requested documents and data required by Mollie B.V., and manage the Business Account(s), including (but not limited to) executing and authorising payments and granting other users the authority to do so, making changes to account settings, and communicating with Mollie on behalf of the Organisation for all matters relating to the Business Account(s).
Where the Organisation’s articles of association or internal policies require the joint action of two or more legal representatives to grant such authority, all necessary signatures and consents are provided for the mandate to be valid and binding on the Organisation.
This authorisation is valid from the date of signing until revoked in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the Business Account.
