Businesses usually generate payment links using their payment service provider's (PSP) technology, embedding relevant information for each transaction. They can share their links with customers via email, chat, social media messaging, or another preferred channel. Once the customer clicks on the link or scans the QR code, they are redirected to a secure payment page where they can easily enter their details and pay.
