Built for dealers who trade on their feet
Watch dealers list the same stock across several channels at once, so a watch can sell twice if one marketplace updates slower than another. High-value sales also tend to involve a wire deposit, with the balance settled by card on collection, which is awkward to reconcile by hand.
Worldwatch routes every terminal payment through the same order file it already uses for invoicing and stock.Once Mollie confirms the payment, Worldwatch marks the order paid, raises the compliant invoice, and updates the ledger automatically.
Everything you need to close a sale in person
Take payment anywhere in the showroom. Use a portable in-person payment terminal at the counter, in a private client suite, or on the trade floor, over Wi-Fi or 4G.
Your paperwork takes care of itself. Once the terminal confirms payment, Worldwatch marks the order paid, generates the compliant invoice, and closes the watch's listings on Chrono24, eBay and your connected webshops, so it can't sell twice.
Split deposits and balances without re-entry. Worldwatch tracks a wire deposit separately on the order and sends the terminal only the amount still outstanding, so you're not keying large figures in twice.
Accept the payment methods your clients expect. Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payments, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact, all run through the same terminal.
Connecting Mollie to Worldwatch
Before you start, make sure you have an active Mollie account, and order your Mollie terminal.
Sign in to Worldwatch and go to Settings > Payments.
Select Mollie, then connect and authorise your account.
Worldwatch detects and syncs every terminal linked to your Mollie account on its own, with no manual pairing needed.
Open Orders > At your counter and select Mollie Terminal to send a sale straight to the device.
Once connected, any new terminal you add to your Mollie account appears in Worldwatch automatically, with nothing to reconfigure. For further instructions, read the configuration guide.
Get paid on the spot, synced into Worldwatch
Leave the card payment to Mollie, and the invoice, stock update and ledger entry to Worldwatch.
