This page forms Annex B to the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) between Controller and Mollie B.V. and Mollie UK Ltd. (“Processor”), and is incorporated therein by reference. It sets out the Sub-processors currently engaged by Processor to Process Personal Data under the DPA, broken down by the product or service to which each Sub-processor relates.
Processor may update this list from time to time in accordance with Article C.2 of the DPA. Before engaging a new Sub-processor, Processor will notify Controller and provide Controller with the opportunity to object, as set out in Article C.2. A version history of this page is maintained and available on request, so that Controller can establish which Sub-processors were engaged, and from what date, at any point during the term of the DPA.
