Facturen sneller betaald met een betaallink
Herken je dat? Steeds als je een factuur verstuurt naar je klanten, blijf je maar wachten op de betaling. Je belt en mailt klanten regelmatig om erachter te komen of het bedrag al is overgeboekt. Zo’n overboeking is natuurlijk ook een beetje ouderwets, in een tijd waarin iedereen binnen een paar seconden af kan rekenen met iDEAL. Wellicht ken je ons betaalplatform alleen nog als een manier om betalingen op je webwinkel mogelijk te maken. Dit is echter niet de enige mogelijke toepassing van ons systeem. Het is ook mogelijk om ons systeem te gebruiken om facturen te laten betalen, bijvoorbeeld in combinatie met een facturatiesysteem, of gewoon door een betaallink te versturen.
Wat is een betaallink?
A payment link is simply a link that redirects the customer to Mollie’s secure payment screen. The link is easy to create and can, for example, be sent by e-mail to a customer, or added to an invoice. This way you can make it extra easy for the customer to pay the outstanding amount immediately. Your customer can choose from all payment methods that are activated in your account. For example, a Dutch customer can opt for iDEAL, and a Belgian customer for the Bancontact/Mister Cash option.
Voordelen
Betaallinks hebben een aantal voordelen:

* geen technische kennis en/of programmeerwerk benodigd;
* de klant kan zelf de gewenste betaalmethode kiezen;
* de betaallinks maken het voor klanten makkelijker om facturen te betalen.
Hoe maak ik zo’n betaallink?
You can create payment links with Plink. Plink is a separate service that is built on Mollie. You can simply log in to Plink with your Mollie account. When you are logged in to Plink, you can press the “New” button in the top left. You fill in a description (for example an order or invoice number) and the desired amount. You can then copy this link and place it in your invoice or email to the customer. If you click on “Mail this link to your customer”, a new message will automatically be opened in your mail program (installed on your computer). You can also choose to email Plink itself a payment link to your customer. Creating payment links manually is especially useful if you want a ready-to-use interface. If you want to automate the creation of payment links and add specific functionalities, it is best to develop something yourself based on our Mollie API .
