Yes, for digital products. The Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin supports PayPal through PayPal Express, which is available for digital products only.

Can I use Mollie's PayPal option for physical products on WooCommerce?

No. PayPal Express through the Mollie plugin for WooCommerce is only available for digital products, such as downloads, software licences, and online courses.

How do I connect PayPal to WooCommerce?

Switch on PayPal in your Mollie Dashboard and link your PayPal business account. Then install the Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin, add your Mollie API key, and turn on the PayPal Express button under WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings.

Where can I show the PayPal Express button?

You can show the PayPal Express button on your cart page, your product pages, or both. You can also set its language, colour, and a minimum order amount below which the button stays hidden.

Do I need a separate plugin for my other payment methods?

No. The Mollie plugin for WooCommerce also supports methods such as credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and iDEAL | Wero, which you manage from one plugin and one Mollie Dashboard.

What are the fees for PayPal on WooCommerce?

PayPal charges its own transaction fees through your PayPal business account, and Mollie charges a separate fee per PayPal transaction. Check Mollie pricing for the most up-to-date rates.

Where do my PayPal payments get paid out?

PayPal payments go to your PayPal balance, not your Mollie balance. You can still track every PayPal transaction in your Mollie Dashboard.

The button only appears for digital products and for orders above the minimum amount you set. Also check that PayPal is connected in your Mollie Dashboard, your API key is added, and the display options are selected in the Mollie Settings tab.
