Please try to settle any disputes you may have about an order with the webshop directly. A non received product may simply be a mistake, rather than fraud.
We check every webshop that signs up with us according to strict laws, regulations and our own policy. In addition, we periodically check our existing clients. This is how we try to keep out scammers and fraudulent sellers.
If you still feel like you are a victim of fraud, please fill in our form and select Report this payment. We take your report very seriously. We investigate your report and take appropriate action if necessary. If a webshop does not comply with our rules, we may decide to (temporarily) block their payments.
