We've added a new acquirer reference number (ARN) for card refunds, making it easier to help your customers track their refunds. Now, when a customer asks about the status of a refund, you can log into your Mollie Dashboard, find the refund, and share the ARN with them. They can use this number with their bank to follow up on the transaction.
This feature is available for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
